Troubleshooting

  • Block missing: save the app block, enable the app embed, add the visible theme block, save the correct template and check targeting/schedule conditions.
  • Wrong message or layout: check the selected block and locale, plan entitlement and whether you are viewing the published theme.
  • Button does nothing: verify its destination/action; test coupon existence and eligibility in Shopify independently.
  • Timer differs between browsers: inspect whether it is evergreen and whether browser storage was cleared.
  • Layout overlaps the header: check sticky positioning, widths and theme spacing in a duplicate theme before publishing.
