Uninstall through Shopify to revoke access. Remove unused theme placements and verify the storefront afterward. Uninstall and Shopify shop-redaction processing have different roles: session access is removed on uninstall and permanent app-data cleanup is processed through the shop-redaction workflow. Contact support with the theme name, block configuration and reproduction steps, excluding credentials and customer data.
